This is our home and property in southern Oregon, its situated on 5 different levels of terrain on less than an acre although your senses do not recognize it. I have been rebuilding it since early 07. The house itself had to have some sub flooring and rear roof removed and replaced due to moisture and mold as the house is over 50 years old. I myself removed all the carpeting, padding, linoleum, staples and then bleached the entire interior, walls and floors before painting. 2 friends and I removed and replaced the flooring as well as the sub flooring as to repair or replacement of the floor joists under the house, then replaced the floor with new wood and adding roofing felt as a moisture barrier. Genuine 5" wide hand scraped distressed wood was used throughout the hallway, living and dining rooms and slate from India with marble flooring was added to kitchen and surrounding the wood stove. New industrial carpeting was added in both the art room and master bedroom and finished the interior for now.
